Hello! Today, I want to tell you about my lunch. Eating is one of the happiest moments for me every day, and lunchtime is always special.
For lunch, I usually have rice or noodles. Sometimes, my mom makes delicious stir-fried vegetables like carrots, broccoli, and green beans. She says they are good for my health. There’s also some meat, maybe chicken or fish, which makes the meal more exciting. It’s really tasty when she adds just the right amount of seasoning.
Of course, no lunch is complete without a drink. I often enjoy a glass of milk or fresh juice. If it’s a hot summer day, I might ask for an ice-cold lemonade to cool down. And sometimes, there’s even a small dessert like fruit salad or a piece of cake. Yum!
After eating, I feel full and happy. Lunch gives me energy for the rest of the afternoon at school. It’s like fuel for my body and brain!
What does your lunch look like? I’d love to hear all about it!
