【小学三年级简单的英语小故事】One sunny morning, Lily woke up early. She smiled and said, “Good morning, Mom!” Her mom was cooking breakfast in the kitchen.
Lily put on her red dress and ran to the table. She saw a plate of pancakes and some juice. “Yummy!” she said.
After breakfast, Lily went to school. She met her friend Tom on the way. “Hi, Tom!” she said. “Hi, Lily!” he replied.
At school, they had English class. The teacher asked them to read a short story. The story was about a little dog named Max. Max loved to play with balls. One day, he found a big red ball and played with it all day.
Lily and Tom read the story together. They laughed when Max tried to catch the ball but fell into a puddle.
After class, Lily went home. She told her mom about the story. “It’s very funny,” she said. Her mom smiled and said, “That’s good to hear.”
That night, Lily went to bed with a happy heart. She dreamed about Max and his big red ball.
